The following terms and conditions apply to sales made through www.venusrocks.com. Please take time to read these as usage of www.venusrocks.com confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. UK Postage, Packing and Delivery
Delivery for all orders within the United Kingdom is a flat rate of £3.00
All items will be gift wrapped as standard in a presentation box
As all items are handmade to order, please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Urgent deliveries can be accommodated; please email for details.
International delivery costs are a flat rate of £20 regardless of the destination outside of the UK
Postage within the UK will be by the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for items under £50 and by Royal Mail Special Delivery for items over £50, which will both require a signature as proof of receipt. Overseas deliveries will vary according to the country of destination.
2. Secure Payments System
We have chosen PayPal™ as our online payment provider to give a secure payment system as you use your credit or debit card.
What is PayPal™? - PayPal is an internationally recognised payment system which can be used to send and receive money online. The system we have selected allows you to pay for goods by credit or debit card immediately or if you chose, you can sign up for your own PayPal account.
Why use PayPal™? - Simply, it is extremely well known around the world and has a singular reputation for security, ease of use and speed.
What next? - On Checking Out you will move to a secure PayPal site if you wish to pay by credit or debit card click on the "continue" button but if you want to join PayPal or are already a member follow the PayPal guidance notes on the screen.
Finally you will receive a receipt and confirmation from PayPal acting on behalf of Venus Rocks giving the details of your purchase. Only at this stage does your purchase become a binding contract.
3. Returns Policy
Returns can be accepted only under the following conditions
If you need to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will check when the item was signed for and received via online tracking on the Royal Mail website. Once you have contacted us and received a response, the item should be returned to us within 7 days of the initial date you received the item. If you do not email us within two days of receipt or return the item within 7 days then this will be considered your property and returned to you.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are damaged in which case they will be repaired and returned
In the very unlikely event that your purchase is faulty upon receipt, we will repair the item free of charge
Any item which has been bought via our 'My Venus' service cannot be returned under any circumstances so please ensure that you are happy with your choice of colour and design before purchase
Any refund will be strictly conditional on the goods being in their original condition
Re-package, enclose the invoice and return to the address below by Recorded Delivery for items under £50 or Special Delivery for items over £50 as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit:

Please retain proof of Recorded/Special Delivery
We reserve the right to decline a refund should we suspect that your wedding day has passed or that the item has been worn
4. Contract of Sale
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of this site we reserve the right to remove, substitute or change the information without notice. Due to the exclusive nature of many of our products we may, in exceptional circumstances, be unable to fulfil your order and we will re-credit your original card with the costs involved. We will however contact you by telephone or email within two working days to discuss any alternatives that you might consider appropriate.
5.Age of Consent
By using the website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the website with the consent of your parent of guardian.
6. General
Prices on the website may vary from time to time as commercial needs dictate
Images on our website are for illustration and may vary slightly from the actual item
Payments must be made by PayPal, and by making payment you are certifying that you are legally capable of entering a binding contract and the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, so we do not use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfill your order Any personal data gathered by us in your use of this site will be recorded electronically and only used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
