My Venus

Have you seen a piece on our website but want to modify the style or match the colours to your outfit or wedding colours? Then My Venus is for you!

There are three options:

1. If you simply want to change the colour of pearl or crystal then there will be no additional charge and we will send you an invoice which you can just pay in the usual way though our payment partner Paypal. Delivery times will be as standard. Take a look at our pearl or crystal colour charts.

2. If you want to change the style of a piece, for example add a third strand to our Maia necklace, or add a 9ct Gold clasp instead of our traditional sterling silver clasps, please email us the details and we will send you a quotation. If you then decide to go ahead we will invoice you in the usual way. Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery.

3. The third option is to order a custom made piece, unique to you. Just send us an email with a few details about what you’re looking for along and we’ll contact you to discuss how we can make your dreams come true! If you decide to go ahead, a 50% non refundable deposit will be payable with the final 50% due on completion. There will be no additional charge for this service and the only cost to you will be the price of the necklace as unlike some websites we do not charge a design fee.
